Víctor Pastor and Jim de Heij, UGPM players have great expectations about the Portuguese International Open
Malaga, February 13th, 2018 – The University Golf Program Malaga player’s Victor Pastor (captain) and Jim de Heij (GAP Year program) haven been training hard all week to attend the next edition of the Portuguese International Open.
The International Open of Portugal will take place in Setubal from this Wednesday 14th to Saturday 17th February.
The Andalusian, Victor Pastor is one of the favourites and will be leading the Spanish Golf Team along with golfers Jorge Maicas and Xavi Gorospe. Pastor, current champion of Spain and individual champion of Europe says: “I’m going for the first place, but everything that is a ‘top-ten’ would be fine”. With this tournament, he inaugurates the season of his international calendar, which will continue from 12th to 18th March with the Italian Open.
On the other side, the Dutch Jim de Heij had completed a week of hard training to carry out a productive day in the field in the coming days.
