is the golf program of the University of Malaga and is recognized as the leading center for Higher Education and High Performance Golf in Europe
At UGPM, our technical team is recognized as the #1 team in their fields. In addition, we count with state-of-the-art facilities and technology that, together with our unique climate and golf offering, makes UGPM a unique environment for high level student-golfers in Europe

The UMA is a consolidated institution, with more than 40 years of history, recognized for its quality in teaching and learning which counts it among the Spanish top universities

The R&A is the ruling authority of golf throughout the world (except for the United States of America) and supports our institution as part of its actions to develop college golf in Europe
We have been the first college golf program outside the UK to be included within its Golf Development Program
STORY
In the space of five years, UGPM has developed from an entrepreneurial venture
to an internationally regarded college golf program
IN 2013
UGPM started with a national college squad formed by 4 student golfers. In its second year, the squad was composed by 10 players and included its firsts international players
In 2016
UGPM embarked on the creation of two new academic programs: the Gap year in Spanish and the Master in Golf Management, consolidating its academic offer for international student-golfers
In 2018
The first blended program will be launched in collaboration with Arizona State University and its Global Freshman Academy. This is a milestone for UGPM and our commitment to develop innovative trends in education
